Each class offers both a physical challenge and an opportunity to drop into a moving meditation state where mind and body sync.

Breath and Sound Activation
Experience the power of energetic connection with breath and sound. Practice will focus on active breath patterns to stimulate the sympathetic nervous system for increased energy, sensory awareness and emotional release. Next, we’ll bring it back down with grounding breath accompanied by the soothing vibrations of sound for full integration.

Gentle Flow
This class is a practice in occupying your entire body with breath and embodied movement. Expect slow flows and longer holds, gently releasing physical and emotional blockages and tension with ease! This class opens with pranayama and mindfulness practices designed to drop you deeper into your body before you begin your asana practice. You'll gently cultivate strength and flexibility, then finish with a grounding meditation and deep savasana. This practice is great for sore muscles and shortening recovery times as well as for anyone looking to slow down and realign with themselves. Open to beginners!

Resonance Flow
A grounded, multi-level practice combining creative flow, deep holds, breath, and 10 minutes of sound to close, including bowls, tuning forks, chimes, seashells, etc.

Restorative Yin
A deeply passive practice designed to nourish the body and calm the nervous system. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, postures are held for extended periods — allowing gravity to do the work of releasing deep connective tissue, fascia, and long-held tension. This class is a full-body exhale. Expect stillness, surrender, and profound rest. Perfect for recovery days or anyone craving a slowdown.

Silent Flow
An inward-facing practice held in intentional silence. Without music, this class invites you to listen more deeply — to your breath, your body, and the subtle signals you often move too fast to notice. Sequences are intuitive and spacious, creating room for self-directed movement and genuine presence. A meditation in motion for those ready to turn the volume down and tune in.

Slow Flow
All the intention of a vinyasa practice, at a pace that lets you actually feel it. Slow Flow guides you through linked breath-and-movement sequences with longer transitions and thoughtful holds — building heat gradually and cultivating real body awareness along the way. Accessible to newer students while remaining deeply satisfying for experienced practitioners. Leave feeling open, centered, and fully arrived.

Somatic Kriya Flow
This dynamic class incorporates sun salutations, kriyas, breath work and somatic practices for a unique experience. A blend of Eastern and Western techniques for movement and mind-body connection.

Somatic Stretch
A guided approach to unwinding the body through resistance-based fascia stretching, intuitive movement, and integrated rest. This class invites you into a more active dialogue with your body, where effort and ease work together to release holding patterns and create space for something new to emerge.
We’ll move intuitively and intentionally, using resistance stretch to access deeper layers of tissue while staying connected to breath and sensation. At times, the work may feel intense or unfamiliar, but always within a framework of choice, regulation, and integration.
Expect a balance of activation and release, with moments to pause, recalibrate, and let the body reorganize. Over time, this practice supports greater mobility, resilience, and a more responsive nervous system.
Open to all levels. Come as you are, leave with a clearer sense of how your body moves, holds, and lets go.

Soul Flow
Soul Flow is a vinyasa-based flow developed to bring you home to your body and spirit.
Led by Sam Bianchini, whose lineage is steeped in ancient matriarchal yogic practices, shamanism, and modern somatic therapy, Soul Flow uses the body as a pathway to liberation by creating connection, alignment, and exploration of the innate wisdom of the body.
Expect a strong, slow, meditative sequence woven with visualization, yogic philosophy, connection with the nervous system and the energetic body. Soul Flow is a warm, ceremonial class crafted to bring you home to your most authentic self. -
Strength & Mobility
Release sore muscles, shorten recovery time and prevent injury! Each sequence will target hip flexors, quads, ankles and feet, releasing stiffness. Expect to learn several active and targeted stretches and new ways to engage your stabilizer muscles to protect your joints. You can expect a wide variety of movements to prepare you for any motion, offering you more longevity in your active body. These tools can be used on your own surrounding your movement practice. Open to ALL!

Stretch & Rest
Equal parts recovery and renewal. This class pairs targeted, feel-good stretching with restful postures designed to release accumulated tension from head to toe. Whether you're unwinding from an active week or simply need permission to slow down, Stretch & Rest creates space for your body to soften and your mind to follow. No flexibility required — just a willingness to let go.

Subtle Seven
Subtle Seven is a slow, restorative journey through the seven chakras using gentle movement, yin-inspired holds, and guided meditation. Each class is centered around an aromatherapy chakra oil that invites connection to the subtle energy body. With each anointing, breath, and gentle pose, we create spacious awareness for introspection, rest, and release.
Through this practice, we soften tension and turn inward, allowing space for emotional unwinding and deep rest.
You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and more deeply connected to yourself. -
Vin Yin
A two-part class combining an active, breath-to-movement Vinyasa flow with restorative elements of Yin Yoga.

Move through a wide variety of shapes aligning breath to movement. Expect unique and thoughtfully crafted sequences that leave you feeling challenged, invigorated, and more deeply in-tune with yourself. Each class will include dynamic standing and balancing postures, as well as fluid movement and a restful savasana. Come strengthen your body and engage your mind!

Yin & Sound
Yin + Sound is a slow, meditative journey into deep rest and release. Through restful floor-based postures, we gently open the body - softening the fascia and inviting both physical and emotional tension to unwind. The class closes with an immersive sound bath, where vibrational frequencies move through the body to support deeper release, integration, and energetic balance.
This practice is designed to regulate the nervous system, creating space for stillness, sensation, and subtle awareness. As the body settles, the mind follows.

Yoga Sculpt
A strong, faster paced movement and posture-based class, with the option to add 3lb weights and resistance bands. Expect an invigorating "flow" with the added challenge of reps, pulsing, and isometric holds. You'll build strength and stability while listening carefully to your body's cues in finding your edge. Leave feeling strong and empowered!
