Subtle Senses was born from our personal journeys—a quiet but powerful call to slow down, to listen more deeply, and to heal in ways that felt both gentle and profound. Along the way, we discovered something universal: when we learn to attune to our subtle awareness, we open the door to profound presence. It’s in that presence where true healing happens—not by striving, but by softening. Not by fixing, but by remembering our wholeness.

As founders, we are both practitioners and participants in this community. We’ve seen firsthand how deep healing begins with subtle shifts: a softened breath, a moment of stillness, the resonance of sound that moves something unspoken inside. And we’ve experienced how those moments become profound when they are shared—when we gather in presence, when we witness each other, and when we remember we are not alone.

Our studio is a reflection of that shared vision. Every practice we offer—sound healing, breathwork, somatic therapies, and mindful movement—is designed to support you in reconnecting with your inner world, while being held by an intentional, heart-centered community.
